Requests & Bookings
Submitting a form records an inquiry. It does not book a visit, authorize a repair, create a service contract, or require a payment. The applicable written service proposal governs approved work.
Property Access & Authorization
The person arranging a visit must be authorized to do so. Access, pets, occupants, and any known site hazards should be discussed before service. Sensitive entry details should not be included in the initial form.
Inspections & Technical Work
A pool service inspection is limited to the agreed scope. It is not a structural engineering report, code certification, or guarantee against concealed defects. Permits and appropriately qualified trades may be needed for certain installations or repairs.
Care Guides & Images
